ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

THE AGM OF MEMBERS OF EGVRA WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM AT 11.00 ON SATURDAY 27^th MARCH 2021

This is the first notice of the AGM to be held on Saturday 27^th March 2021. As you will know, we regrettably had to cancel the AGM last March due to COVID-19. On 29^th April we sent out the Chairman’s report and a brief update in June covering the ongoing activities of your committee.

In the week commencing 8th March we will send out a proxy voting form to enable voting for or against the proposal to accept the officer’s report’s and proposed officers and committee members. You will also be able to indicate if you wish to consider joining the committee and/or receive a link to attend the virtual meeting AGM.
