Runnymede Local Plan Core Strategy - Pre-Submission Consultation
14th FEBRUARY–28th MARCH 2013
Runnymede Borough Council are currently consulting on the pre submission version of the Local Plan Core Strategy and the purpose of this email is to provide you with the opportunity to comment on the document.
The draft document and the proposed changes to the proposals map are available for viewing on the consultation page of the Council’s website together with a comments form, the Sustainability Appraisal Report, the Statement of Consultation and other background evidence documents.
A hard copy of the key document and a CD containing all the relevant documents are also available to view in all the libraries in the Borough and at Staines, Bagshot and Sunninghill Libraries and at the Runnymede Civic Centre.
At this stage we are concerned primarily with the ‘soundness’ of the plan and its legal compliance although you may make other comments on the content of the plan. Comments received at this stage may not result in changes to the document but they will be recorded and considered alongside the Local Plan at the Examination.
You can comment on the draft Local Plan Core Strategy online by following the link to the questionnaire on the consultation page or by completing a comments form which is also available on the page. All comments received by 28th March 2013 will be reported to the Council’s Planning Committee and subsequently to Full Council, followed by formal submission to the Secretary of State.
